Enumerations

Requests accept either the name or the number. Responses always use the name, except the integer gender and docType fields in the issue response.

Order status

`status`	Meaning
`Submit`	Order created; nothing booked, nothing paid
`OnHold`	Created with `holdOnly`; PNR held, waiting for issue or cancel-hold
`Reserved`	Seats booked during issue, not yet paid
`HoldExpired`	The hold deadline passed; the PNR was released
`HoldCancelled`	Released with cancel-hold
`PaymentSucceeded`	Paid, ticketing about to start
`IssueInProgress`	Paid, ticketing running
`IssuedSucceeded`	Paid and ticketed
`OfflineIssueRequired`	Paid; our operations team tickets manually
`IssueFailed`	Paid; the airline rejected ticketing
`PaymentFailed`	Payment didn’t complete
